K&S Design Elements is a small business specializing in metal art products for home and business decor. Established in 2022, the company prides itself on its high-quality, American-made products.

Problem.

Why K&S Design Elements Approached Us

K&S Design Elements approached us as a brand-new business without any sales data or brand recognition. Their primary goal was to set up sales channels through Google and Meta Ads, and increase their sales to $30,000/ month within their first year in business. Secondly, they wanted to build a retargeting funnel complete with email and paid ads to retarget missed abandoned cart opportunities.

Solution.

How We Solved These Problems

The initial step was to set up accounts in Google Ads and Meta Ads, and create their respective product channels. We then optimized product titles, descriptions, and variants for success in both paid and organic shopping channels.

Next, we created a Google Performance Max campaign with a Shopping focus, as well as Meta Catalog ads. Since we didn’t have previous sales or customer data, we created several audiences and creatives to test. At first, we evaluated the results weekly; making adjustments as we fine-tuned audiences, offers, and creative. Then as we started seeing results, we continued to meet with the client biweekly.

We also set up a retargeting campaign on Meta, as well as automated abandoned cart email and text messages through Active Campaign.
